I called this company to have a whole house water filtration system installed. They set up an appointment for the next day to come check the place and to give me an estimate. The next morning I received a text message confirming the appointment. After that I received another text telling me that Arnold will be at my place within 30 minutes. In the thirty minutes Arnold arrived. He seemed to be very nice and polite person. he checked the area where I want the filter to be installed. and he gave me the information needed about the system and the job estimate. I told him to go ahead and order the filter and set up an appointment to come install it. They ordered the part. They called me back to set up an appointment to come install it. Which was three days after he came. Again, same thing, they communicated with me very well to set up the date and time. The technician Anthony Lopez showed up in the morning to take care of the job. It took them about 3-4 hours to complete it. After finishing the job, they cleaned the area where he worked. they also set up another appointment and 48 hours to come back to test everything and activate the system. They showed up in 48 hours to finish everything. everything is working so well and no issues so far. These people was very honest and Straight forward. They are very professional in every way. Whether in communication or timing and in the way they they do the job. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone. Thank you much John Padilla!

Updating my review because the company did come out and remedy the situation. Giving back 3 stars because even though it had been 2 years since the original work the GM called me and was himself very upset. You can see the difference in how the pipes were initially installed to how they look now. It has an appropriate slope to the sewer, seems to be attached with new hardware and all is well. I’m still not happy that this cost me a lot of time and stress but the quick response and willingness to come out right away to correct this is very much appreciated. I was not expecting them to do that. Initially thought highly of these guys but I’m updating my review to 1 star because I’ve now had to go back under the house to see what was happening. Turns out the company I thought so highly of for fixing some old pipes used the same old rusty brackets the old pipes were attached to and now they started to break and the new pipe is sagging to the point of drainage not working properly. Installing a new bracket seems like something you shouldn’t even have to ask about. This is just plain lazy and shows a complete lack of care in my opinion. I definitely will not be calling them again.

We just got a new appliance and had to refit our water valves. Brandon came out did a competitive quote and finished the work the same day. Great service and excellent work.

We reached out to John Padilla Plumbing on a Friday morning - hoping they could come help us before the holiday weekend begun. We were having issues with water gurgling and toilets/showers backing up. They worked some magic and were able to squeeze us in within a few hours. Once Lendale arrived, he not only explained exactly what was going on but how the problem was created in the first place. Lendale went above and beyond for us and treated our home with the utmost care. He made us feel like he had our best interests in mind & that feels especially good when you’re having someone come out for an emergency service and are nervous about costs and being ripped off. I can’t say enough good things about Lendale and will now refer him/JP Plumbing to anyone I can.

I needed work done on the bathtub faucets in all 3 of my bathrooms. Arnold Valadez came by to give us a free estimate and was very professional and courteous. Jose Ponce came the next day to perform the work and was equally professional and courteous. Both employees wore disposable shoe covers while entering the house. They were very knowledgeable with all of the questions I had. I did notice that my faucet handle was a bit wiggly and Jose came out the next day to fix it and was just as friendly as the first day. I will use John Padilla Plumbing in the future and I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work. One thing to note is that the faucets Arnold Valadez offered from the catalog during his quote were not the same model as what they installed. Both brands were Moen, but I would have rather had the more modern style that was shown to us from the catalog. It wasn't until after they were finished when I noticed they weren't the same.

My water heater started leaking on Christmas Day and I knew who to call since I used John Padilla Plumbing last year. I called them first thing on 12/26 and scheduled service for 12/27. Brandon arrived on time, was very professional, walked me through the entire process of replacing the old water heater and bringing me up to code. I was most impressed with his personality and attitude. I am happy to say that I know who to call to help me with any plumbing issues in the future.

We had a faucet fail during an event at my daughter's home. Jose Ponce arrived in under an hour and was courteous, professional and so respectful of our space. He fixed it up quickly so we would still have water until a part could be ordered. She has an old house that presented challenges but he was entirely prepared and knowledgeable about older SD homes. Thanks, Jose!
